Step inside and be welcomed by two well-presented bedrooms, comprising a double bedroom with a large picture window, and a twin room, served by a family bathroom where you can prepare for the day ahead.
There is a bright open-plan living area, housing a well equipped kitchen, a handy breakfast bar and a lounge with plush furnishings and a TV.
From here, guests can access the lovely communal gardens and enjoy the outside space.
Explore the communal grounds and enjoy a picnic on the lawn before grabbing your beach towel and heading over to the sandy shores of Carbis Bay beach, great for relaxing in the sun or trying out thrilling watersports at the Ocean Sports Centre.
There is a bus route a few minutes’ walk from Sunrise that takes you straight into St Ives where there is a wealth of shops, pubs and restaurants. Going the opposite way takes you to Lelant and Hayle with more pubs, shops and restaurants and of course fabulous beaches including a year round dog friendly beach in Lelant called Porthkidney which is fabulous.
There is a lovely local pub, The Cornish Arms five minutes walk away that also provides great food. Further into Carbis Bay there is Becks fish and chips restaurant and La Casita, a lovely Spanish restaurant.
Local attractions at St Ives include the Tate St Ives, the Barbara Hepworth Museum and Sculpture Garden, as well as a vibrant harbour for fishing, sea safaris and boat trips.
Alternatively, venture towards The South West Coast Path and admire awe-inspiring seascapes over to the rugged cliffs near St Ives, Hellesveor Cliff and Carn Naun Point, whilst the incredible hotspots of Marazion with St Michael's Mount and Penzance are well worth a visit.

Had everything we needed. The only criticism which is minor is that we would have benefitted from some general info about the area ie the local shops, chippy, location of train station etc. I have emptied my grandsons suitcase today and have found a white towel that he had packed. If the owner would please let me know how much it costs to replace I will arrange a payment. (Sorry)

Only downside was that my 6â2â son was a bit too big for the single beds. There were a few weird bits - there was coffee there but it was ground coffee, not instant, but thereâs no cafetière or percolator. The thing that got us though was that we chose this for being âground floorâ as I have issues with my knees and my husband has two false hips. However whilst it is technically on the ground floor, you have to take a set of stairs down to the flat and that means you have to be able to carry all your bags and stuff down there too. Had it not been that our adult son was with us we would have really struggled.
