Sometimes you just wish life moved at a slower pace, and when things get too hectic, there’s nothing like a break at Una Argentum 63. With its open plan layout and bespoke interior design, this two-bedroom eco lodge is packed with amenities to ensure you have a relaxing stay – the perfect spot to slow down again.
Families will have a blast come rain or come shine, as the heated indoor pool (with separate children’s pool) are perfect to keep the kids entertained on those rainy afternoons, and when the sun comes out lounge around the heated outdoor Lido (seasonal opening, usually Easter to October half term inclusive). After a quick dip, you can treat yourself to refreshments at the cafe in the spa building.
Complementary use of the Una leisure facilities are included in your stay (shared with other properties on-site, please check for current opening times). These include a 20m heated outdoor Lido (Seasonal opening - closed in winter months), indoor infinity swimming pool, children’s pool, steam room, sauna, Jacuzzi and gym. Spa treatments are available on request (at cost).
The golden sands of Carbis Bay are only a short 5-minute drive or a 15-minute walk away, where you can take part in a range of activities or simply relax on the beach and watch the sun set. The lively town of St. Ives with its multiple beaches, surf school, harbour, art galleries, museums, restaurants and pubs, is also only a short drive away. And the whole of West Cornwall with its countless coves and fishing villages — from Land’s End, to the world-famous Minack Theatre, to Penzance and St. Michael’s Mount, to the Lizard Peninsula — are all within an easy drive. Each day can be an adventure, or as relaxing as you wish!

The lodge was very nice , well equipped and comfortable. We asked for a zip link of the two singles and a travel cot neither of which were provided. Fortunately we’d taken our own travel cot. Looking for something the baby dropped, my daughter found loads of dust under the sofa. The 63 is at the entrance to the site making it great for the pools and other facilities., and on a large corner plot. The cabin next door believed they had the right of use of this grass so two young lads kept playing football on it ruining our privacy and as the baby needs an early bed time it wasn’t helpful. The food facilities on site were very limited and only Greek food available which is okay for us but not every day. Would I visit again ? No but only because I’ve been. Would I recommend it? Yes , but be prepared to self cater if you have a young family .

Lovely place to stay in Carbis bay! Conveniently positioned near Carbis bay beach, 20-25 min walk. You can get the train into st ives too from Carbis bay. The accomodation was perfect, great to have space out the back to eat in the sunshine and the swimming pool facilities were perfect for the cloudy days. Thanks to the owner and her great communication ahead of our stay.

We stayed at Una for a week, peaceful place to stay. We had acces to the facilties, gym, steam room, sauna, pools. Worth to mention the heated outdoor pool, it was fantastic. Great location, short drive to most places. Definitely will be back to stay in this part of Cornwall. Highly recommended.
