Stones Throw is a ground-floor apartment in the heart of pretty St Mawes, just a minutes stroll from shops, restaurants, galleries and from the harbour waterfront and access to the Coast Path. From your own front door, step into the open-plan living-dining room, then through to the galley-style kitchen. There are two bedrooms, a double, and a bunk room along with a shower-room. A simple but brilliantly convenient base for exploring the beautiful Roseland Peninsula with its quiet beaches and excellent water sports activities, and close to good pubs and restaurants and the bustling harbour from which the pedestrian ferry sails to Falmouth.
St Mawes is a small fishing village situated on the Roseland Peninsula, part of Cornwall's Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and is surrounded by rocky coves, sandy beaches and lush countryside and has a notable historic castle guarding the entrance to the River Fal.

! only comments would be I couldn't locate the black bin so left the rubbish bag on doorstep when I left on Fri and salt and pepper in the kitchen would be useful!!! All in all 10/10 and will definitely be back :)

Fine for a couple or a family with two small children. Not much storage so we used the second bedroom to hang our clothes. The back of the flat gets no direct sunlight so the kitchen and second bedroom are dark. There is also a noticeable musty, damp smell when you enter. We used the allocated parking for our Honda Jazz without problem. There is a large, busy car park immediately in front of the flat so there is very little privacy. There is no area to sit outside. Stones Throw is very convenient for the shops, restaurants and pubs in St Mawes. Also great access to the bus and ferries. The owner, Paula is friendly and helpful. I managed to lock us out of the flat on our first Sunday and she rescued us in about 10 minutes!
