Niles apartment is perfectly positioned in the heart of the village, where the local pubs include The Farmers Arms and The Cornish Arms, one of Rick Steins’s eateries. This delightful three bedroom holiday home is perfect for a family holiday. The open plan living area means everything is to hand and you can spend quality time with your family.  You will find a well-equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar for those who enjoy cooking and there is a separate dining table. When you are ready to relax there are comfortable sofas in the living area and a wall-mounted TV.

The first floor bedrooms are well-furnished and the master bedroom has en suite facilities for added privacy. The second bedroom has a king size bed and a large bay window with seating overlooking the village, and both bedrooms have 32 inch TVs. The bunk room has a TV and DVD player and is perfect for the children.

There is a local bakery and a convenience store across the road. Trevose championship golf course is two miles away and there are seven beautiful sandy beaches.
