Chapelfields is an attractive 4* bungalow located only 600 yards from Trevone Bay and a 5 minute drive from the renowned town of Padstow.
Chapelfields is an attractive, comfortable, modern bungalow tucked away in a quiet residential area and situated in the pretty north Cornish coast village of Trevone. The bungalow is only a short walk from the centre of the village and also two or three minutes' walk to the pub. Families will love being able to walk to the beach and if there are any surfers among you they will enjoy the rollers along this stretch of coast. There are lovely cliff walks with some of the most dramatic Cornish coastline to be enjoyed. Just down the road is the picturesque town of Padstow with restaurants to cater for every taste. The bungalow is situated in the grounds of the owners' property and although it shares the entrance drive, it has its own small garden area.
ground floor:
Lounge/Kitchen/Diner: TV, DVD player, built in electric oven, gas hob, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, washing machine.
Bedroom 1: Kingsize Bed (5'), chest of drawers, wardrobe, hair dryer En suite Bathroom: Bath (shower over off mixer taps), basin, w.c.
Bedroom 2: Twin beds (3' - may be zip and link to form 6' super kingsize bed), chest of drawers, hair dryer. En suite Shower Room: Thermostatic shower, basin, w.c.
garden & parking: Parking for two cars. The small garden area is mainly laid to lawn; there is an external store for you to keep your surfboards, bikes etc; garden furniture and barbecue.
Changeover Day: Saturday - arrival - 3:00pm - departure - 10:00am.
Power and Heat: Gas and electricity included in rent; gas fired c.h./hot water; double glazing.
Bedding and Linen: Bed linen provided; towels may be hired - see hire page.
Baby Equipment: None, but may be hired - see hire page.
Shop: 500 yds (limited hours) or 2 mls Pub: 0.1 ml
