Guests say

Dingles Cottage in Cornwall is a well-loved property praised for its tranquil location, modern and comfortable furnishings, and spaciousness. Guests appreciate the peaceful setting and the proximity to coastal and inland walks. The property's character and high-quality appliances add to the positive experience, making it a favourite for many who wish to return.

Cleanliness has been noted as an area for improvement, with several guests mentioning cobwebs, dust, and a musty smell. However, some reviews highlight the property's cleanliness, indicating inconsistency in this aspect.

The location is highly regarded for its tranquillity and proximity to the coast and tourist areas. Some guests found the property hard to find initially, but overall, the setting is considered beautiful and peaceful.

Comfort is generally well-received, with positive remarks about new sofas and the comfort of the property. However, there are several mentions of uncomfortable mattresses and sofas, suggesting room for improvement.

Facilities and maintenance receive mixed feedback. Guests are pleased with the well-equipped kitchen and quality appliances, but there are reports of maintenance issues such as leaks, draughty doors, and the need for better heating solutions.

While some guests mention a welcome food package and bedding arrangements, there is not enough consistent information about gifts or additional thoughtful touches to accurately score this category. It should be noted that such amenities are subject to change and not guaranteed.

The cottage is very warm and comfortable. It has plenty of character with everything you need for a comfortable stay. There are shops a few minutes drive away for milk and coffee, tea, general groceries. There is also a fab bakery which is open out of season. The area is very peaceful. The beaches and coastal walks are stunning. We would book again.
