Treverbyn Vean Stable is a tastefully refurbished detached holiday home surrounded by almost one acre of beautiful grounds, including a half acre of garden and private access to the River Loveny, where guests can try their hand at fishing. The cottage is well-equipped, comfortable and private with views of the pretty Cornish countryside, yet conveniently located near the main artery road that links Devon and Cornwall, which allows easy access to all the delights that these popular holiday destinations have to offer.
Accommodation: Ground floor living room, electric woodburner effect stove, TV and DVD. Shower room. Kitchen, induction hob, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, larder fridge and separate freezer. Utility room, washing machine and tumble dryer. First floor Bedroom 1, double sofa bed, king size bed and views of the garden. Bedroom 2, two single beds. Bedroom 3, travel cot. Bathroom with bath (no shower).
Outside: Large front garden that leads down to the private river bank, with garden furniture, barbecue and summer house.
Included: Bed linen, towels, travel cot, WiFi, telephone (honesty box), electricity and central heating (oil and electric in twin room).

You are often greeted by the friendly peacock Percy, who has made the grounds his own. The cottage is very well-equipped, comfortable and private with views of the pretty Cornish countryside, yet conveniently located near the main artery road that links to Devon and Cornwall, which allows easy access to all the delights that these popular holiday destinations have to offer. The picturesque fishing ports of Looe, Polperro and Fowey as well as the Eden Project and the stunning North coast of Cornwall are only some of the fantastic attractions guests can enjoy, and all within easy reach of the property. A delicous welcome pack awaits your arrival, including homemade cake!
You can let The Stable separately or in conjunction with The Lodge next door, which sleeps a total of 14 combined.

Living room with one large sofa, two armchairs, electric woodburner effect stove, flat screen TV, DVD and a selection of books. Door to the utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer. Modern kitchen with induction hob, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, larder fridge and separate freezer and dining table and chairs. Stairs up to the Master bedroom consisting of two adjoining rooms, one with a double sofa bed for additional accomodation if required, ( please request if needed ), leading through to the main room with king size 5ft bed, built-in wardrobe and views of the garden. Twin bedroom with two 3ft single beds. Cloakroom with WC and washand basin. Family bathroomwith bath, WC and basin. Separate Shower Room with large shower.

Large front garden that leads down to the private river bank, with ample garden furniture, barbecue and summer house. Shared with The Lodge next door.

Ample parking for 2 cars along private gravel driveway. If let along with The Lodge, there is space for 4 cars. Additional parking also available just outside the garden area (private).

Local Facilities: Local village pub with regular live music (London Inn) in St Neot, 2 miles. Local shop at Dobwalls, 2 miles. Magic Wood Climbing Centre at Woodlands Farm, quarter of a mile. Carnglaze Caverns, less than a mile. Supermarket (Morrisons), restaurants, take-aways and pubs in Liskeard, 10 minutes drive. Looe with more pubs, restaurants, cafes and beach, 10 miles. Cycle trails at Cardinham Woods (4 miles) and Lanhydrock (6 miles). Polperro 14 miles. North coast of Cornwall, approximately 1 hour drive.
