Magpie Cottage is located a short distance from the quaint and picturesque fishing village of Port Isaac and the pretty cove of Port Gaverne. A short drive away is the water sports haven of Rock and the popular Polzeath Beath; or hop on the boat across to the vibrant fishing village of Padstow.

Charmingly refurbished, this beautiful cottage provides exceptional accommodation including a comfortable sitting room with original slate floor, beamed ceiling and a cosy wood burning stove. The slate floor and beams continue through to the well-equipped kitchen which features a decorative Aga, in keeping with the timeless character. Wander further into the dining room where there is second cosy wood burning stove, dining table with ample seating for all guests and french doors lead out to the sunny patio area, complete with a barbecue and garden furniture, creating the perfect setting for al-fresco dining. A small study also leads off from the kitchen and is ideal for when you need to catch up on some emails or simply find a quiet space. One of the three king-size bedrooms is located on the ground floor and enjoys its own en-suite shower room and access out to the large lawned garden. Upstairs are two additional king-size bedrooms, both with their own en-suite shower rooms.

The historic village of Port Isaac is a perfect choice for your quintessential Cornish escape with its quaint working harbour and two fresh fish shops. Foodies be sure to head for one (or both) of Nathan Outlaw's Michelin star fish restaurants, however, there are plenty of cafés, pubs and restaurants to choose from here and in Port Gaverne. Keen walkers will enjoy the coastal path to Tintagel or Port Isaac, both easily accessible from Magpie Cottage. For surfers, Trebarwith Strand is less than four miles away. There really is something for everyone from the wonderful base of Magpie Cottage.
