This property is close to everything that Tintagel has to offer, from the superb bridge to the King Arthur castle, to the oldest post office in England, and the wonderful beaches and fascinating towns in the area.

Open plan Lounge and Dining room: with sofa (which can be made into a king size 5ft sofa bed, if requested) and two arm chairs, Smart TV, fold down dining table to 6 chairs.
Kitchen: with breakfast bar and two seats, brand new kitchen and appliances, electric hob, electric oven, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine and fridge/freezer, toaster, kettle.
Double bedroom: with 5ft double bed, large wardrobe, chest of drawers.
Twin bedroom: with two 3ft single beds (can be made into a super king, hook link, if requested), chest of drawers.
Family Shower room: large walk in shower, WC and hand basin.
Parking: A designated parking space available.
Outside: A courtyard to the front of the property, not enclosed, and an enclosed terrace to the side of the property with table and chairs,
accessed via the French Windows from the lounge.
