Located about a mile from a long sandy beach and the centre of Arthurian legends at Tintagel, this single-storey stable conversion offers cosy holiday accommodation. The front of the property has a small, fenced garden with a bench and view towards the ocean, whilst at the rear of the property is a cosy patio garden area. Within easy reach are many little coves, the ruins of Tintagel Castle and Celtic monastery remains – with two little beaches far below connected by Merlin’s Cave. Lovely walks in nearby wooded St Nectan’s Glen, by a tumbling stream and waterfall, and in Rocky Valley, where a rock bears intricate Bronze Age carvings. Camelford 5 miles. Riding, golf and fishing nearby. Shop and restaurant within 1¼ miles. Pub within a mile.

Kilcummer stables is in a lovely location, the accommodation its self is very dated , it is definitely in need of some tlc . The walls were littered with notes asking you not to do , not to do that . Overall the place was quite depressing Use cottages . Com quite abit , this is one property we not be returning too.

Host never made an appearance the whole week.Accommodation was comfortable. Light switch for hallway at lounge end would be good.Steps into kitchen and bathroom could be highlighted with yellow.Although asked to vacuum before we left, which wasn't a problem, the vacuum cleaner had certainly seen better days.
