Newly built in late 2022, this beautiful detached house has underfloor heating and a hot tub. Lying close to the local beaches and a short walk into the village and the amazing English Heritage site of Tintagel Castle..

Please note: Sorry, no stag or hen parties.. Completed in late 2022, Rosefern is a stunning detached house of contemporary design with underfloor heating throughout. Tintagel is inextricably linked to the legend of King Arthur and is steeped in history. A visit to the English Heritage site of Tintagel Castle, where legend and historical fact alike meet stunning scenery, is a definite must while in the area and for Arthurian enthusiasts it is unmissable! There are many beaches in the area for surfers and sunseekers alike including Trebarwith Strand, Bossiney and the Castle Beach all in walking distance along beautiful coastal paths. Much of the North Cornish coastline is owned by the National Trust and is a haven for wildlife, providing fabulous walking opportunities with many well-trodden routes.
There are many pretty coves and inlets to discover along this coastline including Crackington Haven and Boscastle. A bit further to the south is the fishing port of Padstow and quaint Port Isaac of Doc Martin fame and 20 miles to the north is the fabulous coastal town of Bude. If you fancy crossing over the ‘border’ into Devon and enjoy open spaces then Dartmoor National Park is 33 miles or so to the east – here you can enjoy a day of walking and discover the vast moorland and roam the craggy landscape, defined by forests, rivers, wetlands and rock formations or tors. Or search the Neolithic tombs, Bronze Age stone circles and abandoned medieval farmhouses in this amazing landscape!

We had a fabulous stay at Rosefern. No issues with the house - amazing inside and wonderful views.The hot tub on the other hand was a lot of work and cost us a fortune in logs - an experience!Would definitely recommend this property 😁

Our overall experience was good, the location was great however there were a few issues hence the ratings:1. The bed sheets in a particular room was very dusty. You could see the dust on the sheets. It was like it had not been washed before our arrival or had been like that for a while now. This made it difficult to use that room.2. Until we arrived at the cottage, we were not aware that our dog was strictly not allowed in any of the bedrooms or even on the beds. We found this information in their information folder. It would have been useful on the website so we could bring our dogs bed with us.3. Adult cutlery was not provided. There were only plastic baby spoons. Again it would have been useful to mention this on the website so we could have brought our own.4. No curtains/blinds in the upstairs living room which didn't provide any privacy. It would've been better had there been drapes or curtains.

Our stay was wonderful. The house was perfect, clean and a good location. Close to lovely beaches and restaurants. The house was very clean and cosy. We will definitely be back.
