Be welcomed by a charming living/dining room upon entry, where two plush sofas enjoy the warmth of the electric fire; stretch out and toast your toes whilst watching a show on the wall-mounted TV.

Move through the property to find a fabulous kitchen, a room enjoying metro tiling and wooden-topped, shaker-style cabinets, where an array of appliances will please any budding chef! When the designated chef of the group has created a delicious meal, enjoy it at the dining table as you take in the views of the garden and the distant sea. When day turns to night, you will find three well-appointed bedrooms to rest in, with two of these being situated on the ground floor and comprising of a triple bunk room that is ideal for the kids, and a double enjoying a blue, coastal theme.

Close to these bedrooms lies the family shower room, where rejuvenating rinses can be enjoyed in the glass, walk-in shower. Those seeking a little more privacy in the evening will be happy to find another double resting on the first floor, which enjoys a mixture of character, with its exposed beams and slanted eaves, and contemporary, with its colour scheme and furnishings; making for a stylish spot to retire to. Alfresco meals or steaming cups of morning coffees can be savoured out on the rear patio, where those sea views can be enjoyed in full view. Embark on a short walk into Seaton to find a handful of welcoming eateries, as well as the stunning Seaton Valley Countryside Park, where you can tour the sensory garden and enjoy many days on the sandy beach.

Continue to Downderry, a coastal village which hosts another glorious beach, along with a handy convenience store, so there's no need to go far for the things you need.
