These two holiday homes are set within mature gardens and grounds and are finished to a very good standard. This is a perfect location to explore Cornwall and just a short walk away from the coastal path. Set in shared grounds but with their own terraces, these properties have views across open countryside.
Wheal Coates (ref 26661) and Wheal Charlotte (ref 26660) have been converted from stables into beautiful, holiday accommodation. Each has an open plan living area, a twin bedroom and a wet room on the ground floor. Both of the properties have the convenience of having two en-suite bedrooms on the first floor.
St Agnes is just over 2 miles away, and is a quaint coastal village with shops, sandy coves and beaches, stunning walks, beachside pubs serving home cooked food and locally brewed ales. The North Cornwall Coast is close by with Porthtowan and its sandy beach and Perranporth which is a traditional family resort with rock pools, sand dunes, beach bar, surf hire and golf. Newquay is a short drive and has a sea life centre, zoo and family attractions including Creally Adventure Park and Dairyland. Truro, Padstow, St Ives, Fowey, the Roseland Peninsula and Land’s End are all easily reached. Horse riding, cycling, sea fishing, boat trips and kayaking locally. Beach 2 miles. Shop 2½ miles, pub and restaurant ¼ mile.
