This cosy stone cottage conveniently sits in the centre of St Blazey, just one mile from the southern Cornwall coast. Just 1 mile from the Eden Project and 3 miles from St Austell and Charlestown, this is the perfect retreat for your Cornwall-based break. Upon entering this wonderful cottage, step into a delightful dining room where many a delicious meal can be enjoyed with the group together. Next you will find the charming kitchen, well-equipped and featuring a stunning stone feature fireplace. The welcoming sitting room is also dominated by a stone fireplace, which hosts a fabulous electric woodburner, accompanying the TV to ensure a snug night in. The two immaculately finished bedrooms rest up on the first floor; a double and a room with a bunk bed is the perfect arrangement for families with young children. The accommodation concludes in style with a modern tiled shower room boasting a walk-in shower. To appreciate your terrifically rural location, take a seat on the rear patio with a relaxing drink of choice. From the cottage you can easily walk to your nearest amenities in St Blazey. From here there is much you can easily access, including the ever-popular Eden Project just one mile away. There is a day trip available for all tastes, with the magical market town of St Austell, the South West Coastal Path and the glistening sands at Par all close at hand for you to make the most of.
