The well-equipped kitchen features an electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, coffee machine, and dishwasher, while the utility room, equipped with a microwave and washer/dryer, offers access to the patio. Completing the ground floor is a family shower room, featuring a shower cubicle, wash basin, and WC.
