Full of atmosphere and comfort and thought to be over 400 years old, this charming detached holiday cottage retains many original features including beamed ceilings slate floors and magnificent feature fireplace with wood burner and clay oven. Backing onto a nearby farm, the children will enjoy seeing the animals in the field close by. There is access to the Camel Trail, a cycle path running from Padstow to Bodmin Moor, within 2 miles. The harbour town of Padstow is 4 miles, and has much to offer with its famous Seafood Restaurant, boat trips and sea fishing.
Take a drive along the National Trust coastline to Land’s End and discover the open theatre in the cliffs at Porthcurno and the Minack. Golf and pony trekking at Trevose. Ideally positioned for visiting Charlestown Harbour, the fabulous Eden Project, Port Isaac or The Lost Gardens of Heligan. There are various beautiful sandy bays and hidden coves within 5 miles. Shop 3 miles, pub ½ mile.

Our familly of 5 adults, 2 under 5 years children and two dogs had an absolutely brilliant holiday at Nan Tis. This must have been our ,4th consecutive visit to cottage and we have booked for next year too!!!!Need we say more?

We stayed at Nan-Tis with our dog during the hottest week of the year so far, and what a welcome relief the cool cottage was. We visited nearby Harlyn Bay early mornings for a paddle and swim, which is dog-friendly all year round, and then relaxed back at the cottage for the heat of the day, sitting out in the shade of the cottage in the afternoon in the lovely, expansive garden which was really appreciated by us and our dog. What a lovely property, so close to Padstow and places to eat, and we felt very relaxed and comfortable here. The peace and quiet was amazing, just the birds singing, and looking out over fields at the back, we would definitely return again.
