Situated within equal distance of the popular bustling harbour of Padstow, with its many restaurants, and the historic market town of Wadebridge. Walkers can explore the Camel Estuary and South West Coast, bike hire is also available in both Wadebridge and Padstow and there are numerous National Trust properties in the area. The property is also situated within easy reach of the 7 Bays, Porthcothon being the nearest to Newquay and Trevone nearest to Padstow. Port Isaac is the filming location of the popular TV programme, Doc Martin which is within easy reach, while Retallack Resort and Spa which includes an Aqua Park is just 6 miles away and for the little ones Camel Creek Adventure Park is approximately 4 miles away. Closer to the home, the village has a pub and restaurant within walking distance, also a couple more restaurants in adjacent villages, while milk cream and eggs can be purchased from the local village farm and more farm shops are a short drive away. Padstow is situated at the head of the Camel Cycle Trail and is a fantastic base for exploring the South West Coastal Path which opens up routes to beautiful Cornish countryside. This delightful fishing port is surrounded by sandy beaches and offers many opportunities to taste the locally sourced produce in celebrity owned establishments. Padstow has something for everyone with watersports, walking, cycling and fishing, you can even take a trip on a local fisherman’s boat! The excellent surfing beaches of Harlyn and Constantine are ideal for safe family fun, and Constantine Bay is also home to a golf course, just a few miles away, while a passenger ferry across the river from Padstow to Rock takes you to the beach at Daymer Bay
