The location was wonderful, on 13 acres of gardens. The dog enjoyed it too.The only drawback was the shower. My husband has balance issues and didn't feel it would be safe to shower with no grab rails available. Also, the WiFi was quite limited and unreliable. Apart from that, we enjoyed a lovely holiday at Valley View.

Had a great time here walking in the gardens whenever we wanted and buying cake and cream teas from the tea rooms just accros the lawn.We chose this apartment as it was the perfect spot for a week of geocaching all was as advertised and had no trouble , We had a great week and would come back again.

We were welcomed by a very nice man called John as soon as we arrived and found the accommodation to be clean and comfortable - especially the bed! it was amazing and we both slept incredibly well. The views of the valley and the gardens themselves were stunning and clearly a lot of love and attention has been paid to the upkeep and maintenance of beauty within the grounds. The bonus is of course that you can pretend that the garden is your own - with a stroll around the garden at either breakfast time or later on in the day when all visitors have gone home.We would both totally recommend staying here and we will be back again at some point we're sure of that.
