However, for couples under 25, sports groups, non-family and large group bookings please call to confirm and if accepted – a £50 security deposit per person will be required upon arrival. No stag or hen parties are permitted.
Please be aware over the weekend of 8th May 2020 Ladram Bay are housing a large sports group which consists of all family parties.

Everything you need and more. Comfy beds and plenty of spare bedding if need. Settees were comfy with lots of cushions. Plenty of room for dogs bed, which was really good.
