Upstairs the five bedrooms promise a good night’s sleep to get you ready for further adventures the following day.
You have freedom to roam 150 acres of green fields with a stream and woodland or sit out on the enclosed private patio with its water fountain and revel in the beautiful scenery or watch the wildlife and farm animals. A children’s play area is available with nature walks and picnic sites. Seaton with its mile long beach is 2 miles away with the famous Seaton and District Electric Tramway, golf, fishing, and superb cliff walks.
The seaside resort of Lyme Regis, with its Cobb, offers good sailing and water-skiing. Visit the Donkey Sanctuary, Broadwindsor Craft Centre, Crealy Adventure Playground at Exeter or Bicton Park Gardens at Budleigh. The Blackdown Hills where gorse-clad hilltops descend through to secluded wooded valleys. Walkers will delight in reaching the Duke of Wellington’s monument. Shop 1½ miles. Pub and restaurant 1 mile.

A great place for a family holiday. A warm welcome and accommodation suitable for ages 5-75. Children needed adult supervision as this is a working farm but that is as it should be. Best treats for the children? A stream to explore at the bottom of the hill, a hill to run up and a TV in every bedroom!! Plenty to do and see nearby and a bit further afield. Happily return if agreed by the rest of the family.

We hired the granary for a group of 7 friends ages 20 - 50. The photo's don't do it justice. There was loads of space, the open plan kitchen is really well stocked with crockery, appliances, pots and pans. The view and surroundings are beautiful. Mike was very welcoming and showed me around on arrival. I will definitely be bringing my family back here for another stay.
