LOUNGE - Luxurious freestanding sofas with large footstall, electric fire, mirror and tv unit with television and DVD player.

KITCHEN - Open plan to lounge with beautiful freestanding wooden dining table and 4 fabric chairs. Gas 5 burner hob, grill and oven. Also has an integrated microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. All utensils, cutlery and crockery is provided for your use.

MASTER BEDROOM - Luxurious kingsize bed, dressing table area and doorway leading to walk in wardrobe with wardrobes, mirror and shelving unit. This then leads into the beautiful luxury ensuite bath with shower, toilet and sink. Duvets and pillows are provided for your use but you must take sheets and duvet covers and pillows cases etc.

TWIN BEDROOM - 2 x Full size single beds, overhead storage cupboards, wardrobe with shelving unit and mirror on the wall.

On the eastern bank of the estuary of the River Exe, Exmouth has everything required by the visitor for a relaxing break. A thriving coastal town with a nationally renowned bird sanctuary, close to miles of sandy beaches, superb coastal walking, with everything for the fisherman and sailor, close to Exeter and with much to do and see - this all contributes to the town’s attraction. In addition to messing about on boats, lazing on the beach or taking the ferry up the estuary or to Dawlish Warren nature reserve, there’s always Crealy Park theme park, Bicton Park stately home and gardens, the Donkey Sanctuary at nearby Sidmouth, Woodbury Common, the cathedral city of Exeter, the Sandy Bay World of Country Life and the all absorbing Jurassic Coast with its famous fossil deposits stretching eastwards into Dorset. In terms of visitor attractions and coastal lifestyle you won’t find much better than Exmouth.
