Located on an elevated position on Damson Green, you will enjoy all the extra little touches to make your holiday experience even more special. Double French doors provide access onto the glorious veranda where you can watch the world go by with a glass of wine whilst taking in the stunning sea views. The veranda is gated, making it a safe area for the younger members of your family. There is level access to the caravan making life so much easier for those who can struggle with steps and there's ample parking by the caravan too. You are just a short stroll away from the beach walkway and also the on-site amenities, making this the perfect base for your family.

This spacious, open plan area has a modern but homely feel, with two sofas, free-standing coffee table, contemporary electric fire, 42" flat screen wall mounted TV with Sky Multi-room and an integrated Bluetooth speaker system with ceiling mounted speakers. We also have complimentary WIFI.

Kitchen/Dining Room:

The stylish, well equipped kitchen contains everything you should need and comprises of a dishwasher, gas oven and grill with 4 burner hob, full sized integrated fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster and an air fryer. There is a free-standing dining room table plus 4 chairs and additional stools under the coffee table.

Master Bedroom with En-Suite WC:

A very comfortable double bed, complete with duvets and pillows ensures you have everything you need for a perfect nights sleep. You have plenty of storage too with fitted wardrobes and drawers as well as a vanity dressing table. There is a wall mounted TV with Sky-multi-room and hairdryer. En-suite contains separate WC and hand basin.

On the eastern bank of the estuary of the River Exe, Exmouth has everything required by the visitor for a relaxing break. A thriving coastal town with a nationally renowned bird sanctuary, close to miles of sandy beaches, superb coastal walking, with everything for the fisherman and sailor, close to Exeter and with much to do and see - this all contributes to the town’s attraction. In addition to messing about on boats, lazing on the beach or taking the ferry up the estuary or to Dawlish Warren nature reserve, there’s always Crealy Park theme park, Bicton Park stately home and gardens, the Donkey Sanctuary at nearby Sidmouth, Woodbury Common, the cathedral city of Exeter, the Sandy Bay World of Country Life and the all absorbing Jurassic Coast with its famous fossil deposits stretching eastwards into Dorset. In terms of visitor attractions and coastal lifestyle you won’t find much better than Exmouth.
