Have stayed in this property several times and would definitely return as it is a competitive price for 3 bedrooms in Exmouth. It is clean and well equipped. It’s a few minutes in the car to the town centre and beach. It has a good outdoor space and a drive to park the car.

We have stayed on this house several times before. Last year this house was starting to look a little tired. This year with absolutely no freshening up at all it’s well past its best. Generally the cleaner had did there best to clean the house well. But this house needs a major refresh. You have stains on cushions, food stains on walls. Many walls need painting but for some reason owners have not. Kick boards in kitchen hanging off. Patio doors and surrounds are a mess and we could not get doors to open. This means you are using g back door which has very high steps to back garden without hand rails. Weeds are everywhere in back garden completely blocking pathway. We had someone with us on crutches and there time in back garden was limited because there was limited access because of weeds blocking g path, some must have been 3 ft high. Bathroom upstairs floor has separated and untidy and sink does not empty well. Shower is a mess with broken screen with rubbers hanging loose and a shower Matt covered in mould. Every room has needs painting refresh along with all gloss woodwork. Many windows have mould on areas where they have been sealed. Such a shame as this originally was a lovely house. But now it appears owners are still grabbing high rental fees without reinvesting into property. We stayed our first week in another home that was pristine. To then move our second week to this was so disappointing. We really feel we are due cash back in compensation after this stay, I think 25% of total cost. I have taken many photos that backs up all I have said above. Very sad for us as a few years ago this was one of our favourite holiday homes. But we now will not be staying there again.

Images of the front and rear gardens on the website were misleading - they were neglected with lots of weeds and grass needing cutting, driveway also included. This made the view from the kitchen very disappointing and miserable to sit in. The mattress on the double bed was very soft, knobs on chest of drawers kept falling off, no hand towels in any room of the property, had to take bath towels from other bedrooms, even putting one in downstairs cloakroom. Great location for access to bus routes.
