Recently refurbished to a high standard, the property offers a bright, open living space. The bedroom is situated on the ground floor, while the bathroom and kitchen/living room are on the upper floor. The kitchen is equipped with essential cooking and dining amenities. Despite the farm’s proximity to a busy road, the owners have thoughtfully provided shutters and curtains in the bedroom to minimize noise and ensure a restful night’s sleep. The outdoor seating area is shared with the owner’s main house, and guests have access to a rustic charcoal BBQ.
Exmouth’s 2-mile sandy beach on the Jurassic coastline is a short 8-minute drive away, offering excellent water sports facilities. A really nice place to stay. 1 bedroom plus living room and kitchen. Hosts were very friendly. Good location for Exmouth, Seaton etc. Good choice of local restaurants. Place was spotless , and well equipped. I would happily recommend.

This was a lovely place to stay,we had a great week, the property was absolutely amazing, everything you need was in the property, we enjoyed playing ball with the farm dogs that were very friendly. The host's were also very helpful. We had great weather too.would recommend to anyone who looking for a nice escape from the norm.
