Amazing place to stay. John and Kate have thought of everything. We were celebrating my partner’s 60th birthday, balloons, cake and flowers were awaiting on arrival. Such a thoughtful touch. Games room with projector was the icing on the cake. We will be returning. Martin

We stayed at The Farmhouse at Ley Farm for birthday celebrations and were very impressed by our hosts efforts to accommodate us comfortably. The suprises of balloon, bottles of bubbly and cake were delightful! The house is elegant and sturdy and we loved it! Everything provided for our enjoyment and relaxation. Our dogs were welcomed with treats as well and plenty of covers for the armchairs, so we didn’t have to worry about the wet weather! A beautiful view to wake up to everyday and so much peace. The games room was amazing!! loved by all! Thank you John and Kate for a most memorable and cozy break. Will will recommend you highly 😊
