Step through the front door into a welcoming hallway that leads to the heart of the cottage. The well-equipped kitchen retains plenty of period charm, including an original ceramic sink, while offering modern conveniences such as a large fridge/freezer and everything needed for self-catering holidays in Beer. Doors open directly onto the enclosed courtyard garden, creating an easy indoor-outdoor flow that’s perfect for morning coffee or relaxed alfresco dining. A separate utility room with washer/dryer adds extra convenience for longer stays.
The separate dining room provides a comfortable setting for family meals and leisurely evenings together, while the cosy sitting room is ideal for relaxing after a day exploring the coast. With comfortable sofas, a decorative Victorian fireplace and a large television, it’s a welcoming space to unwind after coastal walks or beach days. A convenient cloakroom completes the ground floor.
