The property can accommodate up to seven guests and has a fully equipped kitchen and a dining room which can seat up to seven guests. The comfortable living room has two sofas and an armchair along with a Samsung Smart TV to entertain the whole family. There is free parking for two cars in the parking area at the back of the house which is a rarity in Sidmouth.
This busy and attractive town, with its abundance of interesting, independent shops is well worth a visit, whilst the esplanade overlooks the picturesque and tranquil beach. Towards the western end the beach rises to a sandstone promontory where you can find Jacobs Ladder and Connaught Gardens, separating the Esplanade from the Western Beach. The town and the seafront offer a wide range of sporting activities, while quiet serenity can be enjoyed in the towns parks and gardens. Sidmouth offers a variety of interests to all visitors - young and old alike. Most of the surrounding countryside has been designated as an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty or is owned by the National Trust.
Sidmouth town is within easy reach of many attractions including the cathedral city of Exeter, Dartmoor National Park, and The Eden Project. Local attractions are Crealy Family Adventure Park, World of Country Life at Exmouth, and Sidmouth’s world famous donkey sanctuary. Beach 175 yards. Shop and restaurant ½ mile, pub 175 yards.

An excellent location, 3 minutes from the sea front and town centre, with dedicated parking.The accommodation is well equipped, maintained and cosy. It's over three floors with steep stairs and some low ceilings.

Great location in Sidmouth with two parking spaces (although entrance to parking is narrow). Living room cosy for 7 people but we were out and about most of the time. I wouldn’t hesitate to go back. We really enjoyed it thank you.

Well equipped .. amazing location with parking for two cars. Very quirky a bit tired in places but this is our second stay with 3 young children and it’s everything on the doorstep to amuse them. We will inevitably be returning.. so that says it all!!!
