Accommodation Information
The latest arrival time is 8pm, unfortunately arrivals cannot be accepted after this time. If you expect to arrive later than 5pm please call 01395 232431 to arrange key collection. If you need to speak to the park after 6pm please call the emergency number - 07800 801038. Please ensure you have your booking reference number on arrival at the park.
Facilities
If you would like to bring an additional car please be aware there will be a £15 charge for a short break and £30 for a week.
Parking for the additional car will be at the reception area. We cannot guarantee this will be near your holiday home Wi-Fi is free of charge for up to two devices if you require further devices charges do apply.

All items are subject to availability and are hired on a first come first served basis. All items are priced to hire for up to 7 days. The deposit must be paid in cash at check in time and will be retuned at the end of hire the period.
Travel Cot : £15 - £15 Deposit required.

Bed Guard: £10 - £10 Deposit required.
Highchair: £15 - £15 Deposit required.
Pushchair: £20 - £20 Deposit required.

Swimming pool passes are included for Ladram Bay. Castle Inn - Open evenings only from 29th March 2019 (closed on Wednesday and Sunday).
