The location is attractive with far reaching views. There is parking for two cars although great care is needed in parking to avoid blocking the gates to the adjoining property. Suitable for two adults and two children. Not so good for four adults as the beds in the upstairs gallery do not offer and privacy. Overall a great property for exploring the Exeter and Dartmoor areas and at a reasonable price.
Kevin
It was in an excellent location for visiting all the local attractions we were interested in visiting.
