This is an ideal central location for exploring Devon, Exmoor National Park and Somerset.. All on the ground floor.

Bedroom 1: With kingsize bed, Freeview TV and en-suite with shower cubicle and toilet.

Bedroom 3: With twin beds and Freeview TV.
Bathroom: With shower over bath, and toilet.. Both properties: Calor gas underfloor central heating, gas, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Travel cot and highchair available on request. Welcome pack. Terrace with sitting-out area, garden furniture and fire pit. 3-acre landscaped grounds with sitting-out area and garden furniture (shared with other properties on-site). Hot tub for 6 (private). Fishing on-site (no licence required, guests bring own tackle and bait). Private parking for 2 cars. No smoking. Please note: There is a fenced pond in the grounds.. Oak Park Lodges have been created to offer guests comfortable accommodation with a private hot tub. The lodges are in a peaceful setting and have wonderful views over the fishing lakes and the countryside beyond. They have been designed, presented and equipped to ensure a really enjoyable and relaxing stay. The surrounding areas are well maintained and the ponds are the perfect place to sit, unwind and watch the fish feed.
Located just outside the charming Devon town of Bampton, near the village of Shillingford, the lodges are tucked up a quite country lane. Bampton has a bustling centre and a good array of shops, cafés and pubs. The larger town of Tiverton has a wider range of shops and local amenities.
During your stay, there is lots to see and do. Dulverton is the gateway to Exmoor. Here you will find some spectacular scenery and walking. Highlights include Exmoor’s highest point Dunkery Beacon, and the ancient Tarr Steps. Due to the area’s great transport links, almost all parts of Devon are easily accessible. From the North Devon beaches of Woolacombe and Croyde to National Trust houses at Arlington and Knightshayes. RHS Rosemoor makes for a great day out. Visit the village of Bickleigh which is made up of pretty thatched cottages, a 14th-century bridge and is home to Bickleigh Mill. Here you will find a range of crafts on show as well as places to eat. There is golf, horse riding and clay pigeon shooting all available locally. Shop, pub and restaurant 2 miles.
