Discover the ever-changing beauty of the Jurassic Coast (16 miles), a UNESCO World Heritage Site featuring a dramatic stretch of ancient cliffs and fascinating fossils. Spend time on the beach at Sidmouth (16 miles) or Seaton (18.5 miles), or head to the harbour town of Exmouth (20 miles).

Step through French doors in the lounge onto the sheltered patio area. This space is perfect for use throughout the seasons, complete with lake views, outdoor seating, a bar and a private hot tub. Designated jetty areas are situated around James' Pool for fishing, which must be booked in advance. Private parking is available for two cars.
