The property is close to the old Exeter road that leads inland to the beautiful rolling countryside of the Taw Valley, and there is easy access via the North Devon Link Road to the large surfing beaches of the Taw Estuary and the delightful watersports centre and estuary beach at Instow. Other visitor attractions less than 30 minutes drive away include RHS Rosemoor, Dartington Crystal and Exmoor.
