Near the heart of the village of Braunton in Devon is Cosy Cottage with lovely views of the estuary, a cottage with a high standard of renovation and style retaining charming original features such as an inglenook fireplace and deeply set windows. It has a patio and decked sun terrace and is close the the village amenities of restaurants, pubs, cafes and shops. Also nearby are the surfing beaches of Saunton and Croyde and the Tarka Trail with its miles of foot and cycle paths goes through the village.
