Beautifully presented, 3 bed detached bungalow with large garden and close to all village amenities, and wonderful surfing beaches,
Detached modern bungalow with fully enclosed garden, patio furniture and outside utility area with secure storage for surfboards, bikes etc. Sunny Deck is located in a saught after residential area yet within a short drive of the magnificent sandy beaches including Saunton, Croyde and Putsborough. The village amenities in Braunton are 10 minute walk away including, pubs, restaurants, supermarket and award winning chip shop. If cycling's your thing than the Tarka Trail is easily accessible and offers 32 miles of cycle path, following the estuary along to Barnstaple, Fremington Quay and Instow. Accommodation comprises of 3 bedrooms one king, one double with ensuite and one twin room, a family bathroom and comfortable living/dining room and kitchen area. Two sets of double doors open up onto the large lawned area, perfect for families to relax and unwind after a busy day at the beach.
