The South West Coast Path is adjacent to the property, perfect for cyclists and walkers and during the main season a beach shop and cafe provides refreshments. A 3-mile walk along the beach or Coast Path will bring you to the award-winning beach in Woolacombe with plenty of opportunities to enjoy warmer weather and the village itself being home to a wealth of good places to eat and drink. Further afield is the vibrant village of Braunton (4 miles) or the iconic seaside town of Ilfracombe (9 miles) with its harbour, aquarium and seafront offering plenty of activities.
