Croyde is a walker’s paradise, with the South West Coast Path passing through. Take the cliff walk over to the 3-mile golden sandy beach of Woolacombe, or head the other direction to discover the vast expanse of Saunton Sands (1 mile). 2 miles beyond Saunton is the busy village of Braunton, with its supermarket, pubs and good restaurants. For a fun-filled day out by the sea, visit the bustling harbour town of Ilfracombe (8 miles), where Damien Hirst’s Verity statue, boat trips from the harbour, arcades and seaside thrills and spills await.

A lovely family shower room with a walk-in shower and WC, and a utility room with washing facilities complete the ground floor. Upstairs are three welcoming bedrooms. The master king-size room is accessed via its own staircase. It is a cosy sanctuary with a pitched ceiling, stunning oak beams, and a Smart TV.
