Step down into the kitchen, which has been thoughtfully laid out for creating family meals after a day on the beach, which you can enjoy at the dining table or in the separate lounge/diner before relaxing all together on the sofas. A ground-floor bedroom and WC are handy for those who are less mobile. Step into the spacious entrance hall with a sunroom just off, and take the stairs to the first floor where there are three good-sized bedrooms and a family bathroom. The back garden is the perfect spot for enjoying a BBQ or soaking up the sunshine, with a storage area for surfboards and other outdoor gear if you fancy trying out the world-famous waves, this area is so peaceful and totally enclosed for your pets. There is also a decked area with plenty of seating, and a pleasant summer house for a quiet cup of tea.
Located around 300 metres from the centre of the village, the cottage has a range of bars and cafes practically on its doorstep. The beach is less than a mile away; backed by dunes, there are a remarkable number of scenic spots to watch the surfers ride the waves or enjoy a drink whilst the sun slips below the horizon. Explore the area further by setting off on breathtaking walks on the South West Coast Path which is 1 mile from the cottage; the walk around Baggy Point to Woolacombe (6 miles) is especially picturesque.
