Walking enthusiasts will be spoilt for choice with the stunning South West Coast Path on the doorstep and Exmoor National Park just 5 miles away, with its moorland and woodland walking trails. Also less than 5 miles away is Combe Martin Wildlife and Dinosaur Park, set in 28 acres of gardens. Visit the Watermouth Castle family theme park for a fun day out (3 miles), or have a go at coasteering in Watermouth Cove.

As you step into this charming holiday home, you will enter the hallway which leads you into the light and airy lounge. Here there are comfy sofas and a Smart TV where you can relax and watch a movie or two with your family and friends. The elegant kitchen/dining room has underfloor heating and is a great social space to enjoy cooking your favourite recipes. The kitchen is well-equipped with an electric range-style cooker with an electric hob, slimline dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, and a Tassimo coffee machine. The utility room houses the washing machine and a tumble dryer. There is also a shower room with WC on the ground floor. Heading upstairs, there are four bedrooms to choose from, a super-king-size zip-and-link (which can be made up as twin beds on request), a king-size, a small double (which has access to one side, single occupancy only), and a single. The beautiful family bathroom has a freestanding roll-top bath, separate shower and WC.

Outside, there is an enclosed garden at the front of the property with artificial grass, a stylish garden corner sofa, and a coffee table to sit with a coffee in the morning and plan your day of adventure. Or, dine outside on the lovely warm evenings using the charcoal BBQ. At the back of the property, there is parking for two cars.
