We can not recommend this wonderful properly and owners enough! This is our ninth year coming to Palm Leas for an annual week long break and first time meeting it’s new owners. They were so incredibly welcoming - a lovely bottle of wine, afternoon tea with delicious homemade scones was awaiting us and our daughter a beautiful soft toy, Halloween themed as we were staying over this period - so thoughtful.The accommodation was impeccably clean with everything we needed for a comfortable and cosy stay.The area has so much to offer and as a family we love visiting all the local amenities and attractions. Lots of lovely family friendly places to eat just a few minutes walk away including The Thatched Inn and The Lime Kiln Cafe. Watermouth Castle, Exmoor Zoo and Coombe Martin Wildlife & Dinosaur Park are firm favourites of ours to visit locally but Andy and Jennie are great at recommending more places to try! Especially helpful when looking for things to do during wet weather although the local cinema is always an option.We had the perfect week and even stayed an additional night thanks to the kindness and generosity of Andy and Jennie - thank you so much both, see you next year!

A wonderful place to stay with fabulous views over the sea. Everything you would want for a relaxing holiday here. Excellent hosts who can’t do enough for you. Would definitely recommend staying at Palm Lees and will certainly book again when returning to Ilfracombe.
