There is a fully equipped kitchen where you can spend quality family time preparing meals together. The first floor of the property consists of the three bedrooms and the bathroom. Or why not dine al fresco on the outside dining furniture and enjoy those warm, balmy evenings. The property is located in the village of Instow which is on the estuary of the rivers Taw and Torridge. The local area has a beautiful sandy beach, sand dunes, seafront promenade and plenty of places to eat and drink.
