With its own private entrance on the ground floor this duplex apartment has a spacious living area that offers wonderful, frontline sea views. There is a quality day bed for alternative sleeping and a wet room for better accessibility.  A lounge has French windows leading onto a private terrace at the front of the apartment ideal for leisurely breakfasts and relaxing balmy evenings. A kitchen/diner to one side also has a small patio area, with uninterrupted sea views. The bedroom on the first floor offers an attractive wooden carved Superking bed, magnificent sea views and an ensuite shower room.  A wonderful location for couples with all the facilities of the popular village of Lynton within a few minutes' walk including a choice of shops, cafes, pubs, a small cinema in season, tennis courts and bowls. Fantastic coast and countryside walks can be accessed directly from the property including the South West Coastal path leading to one of the most spectacular cliff top walks into the famous Valley of the Rocks with its herd of wild goats. The famous water powered Cliff Railway joining the twin villages of Lynton and Lynmouth is easily accessible and takes you 500 feet below to the picturesque harbour, manor greens and rock and shingle beach of Lynmouth with its further selection of individual shops, cafes, pubs and restaurants. A very special location with views that will not disappoint.
