This stylish and well-designed home is approached via a 5 bar gate leading to a private gravel driveway. As you enter the property a boot room and access to the garage games room is on your left and on your right is the fantastic large lounge/kitchen/diner with breakfast bar and direct access through floor to ceiling doors in the lounge area open up onto the garden and patio with levelled lawned enclosed garden, ideal for children to run and play. A large wall mounted Smart TV, sofas and a large dining table where you can enjoy memorable mealtimes complete the area. The kitchen itself is thoughtfully designed and well fitted with everything you need to cater for your group. Secret doors lead off either end of the kitchen, discreetly offering a large larder and a spacious utility room, handy for coats and boots and washing off your furry friend after a day at the beach. Heading back towards the entrance hall there is a handy ground floor WC. Heading up the stairs to the first floor, you have five bedrooms – the glass bridge connects two ends of the building, the master suite at one end has a super-king bed and slipper bath, fabulous views and Juliette balcony, as well as a built-in wardrobe and en-suite shower room with WC. Next to this is a playroom for little ones, or gaming room and Smart TV for the kids, with a collection of games, books and puzzles. Heading over the glass bridge are a further four spacious bedrooms: one king-size zip-and-link with an en-suite shower room and WC, a twin with en-suite shower room and WC, a king-size with dressing area and en-suite shower room and WC, and finally a king-size with dressing area and en-suite bathroom and WC.
Outside, the property boasts a large lawn and patio area with private hot tub, garden furniture and BBQ. The garage games room has table tennis and a dart board. The large, enclosed driveway offers space for parking up to six cars with the added benefit of an EV charger.

There are four properties within the grounds, including Elm Tree. To the right of Elm Tree is just one neighbouring property, while another is set further forward on the plot, though not directly in front. Each property is privately owned, with separate access and parking, so your stay at Elm Tree still feels peaceful and private, with rolling hill views to enjoy.
