Embrace open-plan living with the lounge/diner. Filled with sumptuous sofas, a Smart TV and a dining table seating six, this space is fit for many occasions, from relaxation reading a book to family film nights and competitive board games. A door from here leads through to the sunny conservatory where further seating can be found. The kitchen is equipped with everything you’ll need to cook family feasts, with sea-blue tiles offering a nod to the coastal location. The master bedroom features a king-size bed and an en-suite shower room, whilst the second king-size room can be made up as a twin upon request. Completing the sleeping arrangements is a fun bunk room with pops of colour throughout, ideally suited for children. In addition, there is a garage with a table tennis table and dartboard for additional entertainment. Extending the social areas outside, the enclosed garden is a wonderful place to eat, drink and enjoy the rolling countryside views from the garden furniture, or from the bubbling bliss of the hot tub.
Why not learn to surf or paddleboard at one of the fine local beaches? Woolacombe (2 miles), Croyde (5 miles) and Saunton (7 miles) all offer lessons and are well-known for their fantastic breaks. You could travel 3 miles to Lee to see the quiet, secluded beach, or venture through the Six Acres Wood listening out for birdsong in the breath taking scenery. Join the South West Coast Path from Mortehoe (2 miles) and take the trail around Bull Point Lighthouse (3 miles), onto Ilfracombe (4 miles) where you can see Damien Hirst’s ‘Verity’ or hop aboard one of the local sea safaris to spot dolphins, seals and puffins as you glide past the rugged landscapes.
