This beautifully appointed apartment is stylishly furnished creating a homely feel and making it great for a holiday at any time of the year. When you crave a cosy night in there’s a selection of books and board games as well as a 40" Smart TV and DVD player to keep everyone entertained. With three bedrooms, all lovingly decorated, one of which has bunk beds that the kids will love, your break here will be one that you won’t forget.
There are miles of North Devon Heritage Coast paths to explore as well as trails around Woolacombe itself. The village boasts 3 miles of award-winning golden sands and dunes with clean water, great surfing and lifeguard patrols in the Summer. Woolacombe was the only English beach in the Top 25 of TripAdvisor’s 2020 Traveller’s Choice awards for the world’s best beaches, and was voted "Beach of the Year" by The Times in 2021. There are shops, cafés, pubs, bars and restaurants all just a 10-minute stroll away from the apartment as well as direct access to the coastal path around Woolacombe Bay, and Barricane Beach with its café’s famous ’Curry on the Beach’ (in high season only) is directly opposite where you can make the most of the beautiful sunsets.
Local picturesque villages Mortehoe, Croyde and Lee are well worth a visit, as well as Exmoor National Park. Victorian llfracombe is 15 mins by car where there are supermarkets and attractions including a theatre, aquarium, Damien Hirst’s ’Verity’, the tunnel beaches and a working fishing harbour offering boat trips to Lundy island, and further afield the main town of Barnstaple has all the facilities you need.

This is the second time we’ve stayed at 5 Devon Beach Court. Both the flat and the local area are absolutely wonderful, the flat has everything you need, is extremely well maintained, is very clean and tidy and is located very conveniently for Barricane Beach and is a short walk from Woolacombe town centre. We’ve always loved coming to North Devon, this is by far the best property we’ve stayed in.Thank you

All was going well until we went to bed on the first evening.During the night the slats on the double bed begun to brake. On inspection we discovered that an attempt had been made to repair the slats with black masking tape.We are currently waiting to hear if we will get some compensation. So far the owner says that we will not as the issue is considered as wear and tear.

The apartment was beautiful. Very spacious, clean and has everything you need. Only downfall was the main bed the slats kept falling through while sleeping. This must happen often as a lot of them had tape on. If this was sorted we would definitely look at coming back.
