About this property
A well-presented, traditional, second floor apartment situated in the centre of the town of Woolacombe, North Devon. A lovely seaside base for families and friends wishing to enjoy time together in one of the most beautiful parts of the country. The flat is reached via an external staircase leading to a communal entrance door, shared with one other flat. The spacious sitting room provides a sociable living space with sea views, plenty of light and an inviting window seat, a sunny spot to sit and gaze out to sea. The king-size double bedroom with TV and the twin bedroom share a bathroom and completing the accommodation is a fitted kitchen.
The apartment feels warm and welcoming with a hallway for boots and coats, and has the benefit of an allocated parking space. The award-winning beach and village shops are just a short walk from this lovely apartment where you will find excellent surfing. Woolacombe holds the ‘England for Excellence Gold Award’ for best family resort and was voted the Best British Beach in the Mail On Sunday for its cleanliness, water quality and facilities. It is popular with families, as it is life guarded, and surfers, for the magnificent waves. Apart from beach life, the apartment is a short drive from picturesque Lynton and Lynmouth and the railway.
Alternatively, take a trip to Lundy Island, or escape to the peace of Exmoor where you will find plenty of pretty villages with welcoming pubs. A wonderful holiday property.

A cosy, clean and well-equipped flat just two minutes from great bars and holiday shops and five minutes from the incredible beach. We wouldn't stay anywhere else for our Woolacombe getaway.
