Kittiwake, part of a small development called Crossways Court, is on The Esplanade in Woolacombe where there are miles of beach, restaurants, shops, pubs and access to coastal paths. The house has wonderful views across the sea to Lundy Island and access to land owned by the National Trust, good for exploring the countryside of North Devon.
