The complex of converted barns is sat in the quiet village of Bigbury which is less than two miles from the golden sands of Bigbury on Sea. Perfect for a couple or small family and allowing up to 2 dogs, this cottage is a family friendly base to explore the beautiful surrounding area. A communal dog walking area within the complex and use of the garage for storage of beach toys, wetsuits or buggies makes this home a great choice to make wonderful holiday memories!
The village of Modbury, full of independent shops and eateries is just a short drive away and the Oyster Shack, a renowned seafood extravaganza is within a ten-minute drive. The South West Coastal Path is easily accessible from the cottage, making this property perfect for walkers too, plus of course further afield areas of the South Hams, Totnes, Dartmouth and Dartmoor National Park all within easy reach for exploring.
Outside
An enclosed gravel area to the front of the house with outside seating for 4. There is also a communal green area that is designated for dog walking. Dogs can be off the lead in this space. There is also a garage that can be used by guests to store beach toys and equipment, buggies etc.

Allocated parking for two cars. Electric vehicle charging possible via a Pod Point EV Charger at this property - There is a charging fee of £40 per car per week.

Through the front door into entrance hallway.
Kitchen is to the left and is fully equipped with oven, hob, microwave, tall fridge/freezer, washing machine and plenty of cupboard space.
The lounge has a 2 seater sofa, a 3 seater sofa, coffee table, TV, sideboard with lamp and an electric wood burner. A dining table and 4 chairs by the window.
Bedroom 1 with 5ft King size bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside tables and bookshelves.
Bedroom 2 with two 3ft single beds, bedside table, chest of drawers, hanging space, en-suite WC with basin and WC.
Family bathroom A bath with overhead shower, shower screen, heated towel rail, basin and WC.

Included: Good quality bed linen and towels (guests are asked to provide their own beach towels). Travel cot, highchair, Wi-Fi, electricity and electric heating.
Pets: 2 well behaved dogs are allowed. Dog charge is £30 per dog per week.
