Petersfield is a neat, comfortable and welcoming annexe adjoining the owner's house in the village of West Charleton. Located on the coastal road between Kingsbridge and Dartmouth, it is an ideal getaway spot for couples, ramblers and wildlife lovers. The West Charleton Marsh nature reserve on the banks of the estuary is just 5 minutes walk away and for the bird spotters amongst you there is even a bird hide there that looks up the valley and across the estuary. A short drive from the property you will find Slapton Sands, Salcombe, Hope Cove and Thurlestone which are host to some of the South Hams most beautiful beaches and coastal walks.

The West Charleton Marsh nature reserve on the banks of the Kingsbridge Salcombe estuary is just 5 minutes walk away and for the bird spotters amongst you there is even a bird hide there that looks up the valley and across the estuary. The rare Spotted flycatcher is just one of a large number of birds you may see there. This cosy bolthole is a short walk from the village pub and only a short drive from the picturesque market town of Kingsbridge where you will discover a wide variety of shops and restaurants. Venturing just slightly further afield and you will find Slapton Sands, Salcombe, Hope Cove and Thurlestone which are host to some of the South Hams most beautiful beaches and coastal walks.
