Discover Castle Cove (3 miles), a secluded sand-and-pebble beach tucked beneath cliffs and woodland, which leads on to Sugary Cove (3 miles), perfect for paddling or exploring by canoe. Both coves sit beneath the watchful presence of Dartmouth Castle (3 miles), one of the country’s most strikingly situated fortresses, with breathtaking views across the estuary and out to sea. For a different perspective, hop aboard the Dartmouth Paddle Steamer from Dartmouth Harbour, just half a mile away, and glide past Dartmouth Castle, Bayards Cove, Kingswear, and many more picturesque landmarks. Catch the ferry to Kingswear and climb aboard a steam train at the Dartmouth Steam Railway. Dartmouth is also a fantastic base for exploring the South West Coast Path.

Echoing the nautical charm of the first floor, the ground floor offers a king-size bedroom with en-suite bathroom and a twin bedroom, both enjoying stunning waterside views to greet you each morning. Please note, the property is accessed via 50 very steep steps from street level. While there is no on-site parking, a permit is provided for nearby Mayors Avenue car park, available 24/7.
