Mayflower Court is ideally located just a few minutes level walk from the heart of Dartmouth, a unique town and the jewel of the South Hams. Set in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, with its branching estuary and rolling countryside, Dartmouth is as relaxing as it is intriguing, with flights of winding steps, narrow streets, medieval buildings and a long, picturesque embankment. The town offers gourmet restaurants, ancient bars, lively cafés, boutiques and specialist shops. Front door (via internal communal entrance hall, please note that there is no lift within the Mayflower Court building and this apartment is on the second floor) into the apartment and hallway with coat hooks. Living room with two leather recliner sofas, a 42” flat screen TV with Freeview and DVD, glass dining table to seat 4. Well equipped kitchen including a fridge with ice box, washing machine, dishwasher, electric hob, electric oven and microwave. Double bedroom with 5ft bed, dressing table and estuary views. Twin bedroom with two 3ft single beds. Family bathroom with bath, electric shower over, hand basin, heated towel rail, WC and dressing table.
Outside
To the rear of the apartment block is an enclosed private courtyard with a single parking space for each flat. The fire escape leads from the parking area to the kitchen door.
Parking
Enclosed private parking at the rear of the property for one small/medium sized car.
The spaces are not designated and a permit is made available within the property, which should be placed on the vehicle dashboard throughout the duration of your stay. Please park considerately and ensure the vehicle is within the lines of the parking bay, whenever possible.
